Custom Hand-Dyed Yarn/Roving

I do have minimum order amounts depending on the supplier from whom you choose your yarn base(s), so keep in mind that this must be for at least ten to twenty 100g skeins of yarn. Some suppliers do minimums based on the number of skeins in a pack, and some suppliers' minimums are based on order weight.

I will provide you with a list of various yarn bases that meet your specifications, as well as the minimum order amounts and approximate prices. Some yarn bases will end up being about $28 to $30 per skein, whereas others can be closer to $40 per skein if they are made of more luxury materials like silk and cashmere. Look through the list and pick which yarn base(s) you would like, and how many skeins of each base. We can also have a chat about color(s) and how you want your yarn to look.

I will set up a down payment for half of your total price to cover the cost of ordering the bare yarn base(s). Once that is paid, I will order your yarn and get to work dyeing! Keep in mind that since this is all made-to-order, it will take a few weeks to complete the process. It usually takes at least a week for the bare yarn to arrive from the supplier. After it is complete, I will set up another payment for the remainder and the shipping costs, and it will be mailed out to you!

Keep in mind that since this is all made-to-order, and I'm the only person in my small business, it will take at LEAST few weeks to complete the process. It usually takes about a week for the bare yarn to arrive from the supplier. If you are ordering several colorways, it can take a few months, depending on how many other orders I already have ahead of yours, the complexity of the colorways and the type of yarn being dyed. Plant fiber yarns always take much longer to do.
